Returns & Refunds:

We take great care in preparing each order and want every experience with Moonflower Crystal Bar to feel intentional and smooth. To keep things simple and fair for everyone:

  • All sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.
  • While we’re not able to offer compensation for lost, missing, or damaged items, we recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for extra peace of mind. All orders include tracking to ensure safe delivery.

If something doesn’t seem right with your order, we’re here to help. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at moonflowercrystalbar@gmail.com with your order number and a brief note about the issue. We’ll do our best to get back to you quickly and make it right.

Shipping: 

We carefully pack and ship every order with attention and care — often the same or next business day. 

  • Orders of $35 or more (before tax) ship free unless otherwise noted.
  • While we typically prepare shipments on Mondays and Thursdays, we often ship sooner when possible.
  • Orders placed after 5PM EST may ship the next business day, depending on our packing schedule.

You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

At Moonflower Crystal Bar, we celebrate the natural beauty and individuality found in every crystal. Each piece is hand-selected and shaped by nature, which means you may notice subtle variations — like color shifts, natural inclusions, or unique internal patterns. These are not flaws, but part of what makes each crystal truly one of a kind.

From soft shimmer to unexpected sparkle, we believe these features reflect the natural origin and energy of the stone.

If a crystal has a chip, crack, or other damage beyond what’s naturally expected — but is still beautiful — it will be clearly marked as IMPERFECT in the listing title and offered at a discounted price.

We take pride in our commitment to environmental stewardship. With every order, we contribute $1 to support The Environmental Defense Fund. A global non-profit organization whose work spans 79 countries and is dedicated to conserving lands and waters on which all life depends, using a science-based approach to protect nature and preserve biodiversity.
