Multiple Purchases

Multiple orders placed by the same customer within 24 hours may be combined into a single shipment at our discretion. Only one shipping charge will apply; any duplicate shipping fees will be refunded.

Orders are eligible to be combined only while they remain in processing status. Once an order has been picked, packed, and/or assigned a tracking number, it cannot be merged with a subsequent order. To request a merge, contact us immediately at hello@moonflowercrystalbar.com and we'll do our best to accomodate before fulfillment begins.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If you realize you've entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at hello@moonflowercrystalbar.com. We will do our best to make corrections if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once fulfillment has begun.

Returns & Exchanges

At Moonflower Crystal Bar, we take great care in selecting and packing each order — and we’re proud to say that our customers consistently love their pieces.

That said, please note:

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges — all sales are final.

We are not responsible for lost, missing, damaged, or stolen packages once an order has been handed off to the carrier. For added protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout. All orders include tracking.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within the first 4 hours of placing an order. After that window, orders can no longer be canceled as we begin preparing them for shipment.

TikTok Live Sale Policy

  1. Please make sure you're following @moonflowercrystal on TikTok, and be sure to accept a follow request from us if you’re using a private account. This helps us reach you directly if we need to confirm your basket or share updates.
  2. To claim an item during a live sale, just comment with the item's SKU (the combination of letters and numbers listed). The price will always match what’s shown in the video.
  3. The first comment we see on our end with the correct SKU wins the item.
  4. At this time, we’re not able to accommodate put-backs or trades — thanks for understanding!
  5. Baskets will be finalized and posted to our website within 24 hours of the live sale (unless otherwise noted by Laura or Jessica). We’ll notify you through our official account @moonflowercrystal when your basket is ready. Please note: We will only contact you from this account — if you receive messages from any other accounts, they are not from us. 
  6. Payment is due within 24 hours of receiving your basket invoice. If payment isn’t received within that window, we’ll assume the basket is no longer needed and the items will be made available again during a future live sale.
  7. To keep things fair for everyone, unpaid or cancelled baskets may result in being unable to participate in future live sales.
